Legal representative in numerous commercial, civil and administrative cases before the Bulgarian courts and Supervisory Authorities, such as the Commission for personal data protection (CPDP), Commission for protection of competition etc. Has in-depth expertise regarding electronic evidence in litigation, Data Protection and ICT law in general. Manages data protection compliance projects, impact assessments, vendor management, breach reaction, privacy management and information security for several companies.

COMMUNITY SERVICE

Founder and Member of the Board of Directors of the “Institute for Ethics and Data Analytics (IDEA)”.

Member of the International Association of Personal Data Professionals (IAPP). In 2019 acquires a certification for Privacy management (CIPM). From 2019 is recognized as Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) by IAPP.

Conceptualizes and files a claim against Sofia Municipality regarding the air pollution. Takes personal action in the establishment of representatives who file the claims.

During 2013-2015 is a coordinator in “Law programs” for “MoveBG” Foundation, where takes part in legislative initiatives for making a change in the spheres of the judicial system, voting rights, media pluralism, etc.

Author of numerous articles in the field of Data protection, Electronic evidence and ITC law in general.

Co-author of the book: “Law and order: Justice in 5 steps” (2014), which is concentrated on judicial reform, including e-justice and informational security and privacy.
